Engine and Performance

All models are available in one engine configuration. The 1.5L unleaded four-cylinder turbocharged engine can produce a maximum torque of 184 pound-feet of torque and 152 horsepower. You can expect approximately 10.6km/L in the city and 11km/L on the highway, under normal driving conditions. The turbo engine can also travel from zero to 100 kilometres per hour in 8.6 seconds, which is considerably fast for this size SUV.

If you’re after cabin and storage space, the Eclipse Cross won’t let you down. The cabin has 95 cubic feet available to passengers and 23 cubic feet for storage. The cabin can take six occupants and their luggage easily. The seats are well cushioned and covered in a durable, stylish fabric. The rear seats can be folded 60/40 for added space for an additional 27.1 cubic feet of cargo space. All models have standard automatic climate control and heated front seats. The GT model has grey or black leather-appointed seats, a leather-wrapped steering wheel and a power-operated sunroof.

The 2023 Eclipse Cross comes standard with a lane-departure warning system, active stability control, an anti-lock braking system, traction control, cruise control, a rear-view camera, rear-door child safety locks and a forward-collision-mitigation system.
