Had the most wonderful experience buying a new car here! The salesman were able to transition flawlessly to help me purchase this car. Helped me over the phone, and over multiple days. Dave and Shawn were just fantastic. Kind, professional, and honest. Made the whole process a breeze. 100% would recommend. And words cannot express how amazing my new Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross is!

Overall, very satisfied with the customer service. Very friendly staff. We were greeted with smiles on both days we came in. Shawn was exceptionally great! I think he went above and beyond my expectations. Very knowledgeable and passionate about the brand and took the time to answer all our questions and even discuss other things and not just about trying to make a sale. He’s very personable and genuine in regards to his input and it made me feel confident that I could take his word. I didn’t feel rushed nor pressured. He guaranteed I’d be leaving with a smile. Definitely delivered on his promises and we got the vehicle on my birthday! It was a nice surprise to see a giant bow on our new vehicle. Even after the purchase was finalized he still continued his comradeship and answered more questions. It was a big milestone for my growing family being our 1st family vehicle and he made the entire experience memorable. Thank you Shawn! (Also, big shout out to Lance for dealing with a tough negotiator and making it happen too).

Phenomenal customer service. Contacted the dealership about a repair and had Todd invite me to stop by for a complementary replacement part. I was shocked at how accommodating and customer focused this dealership is. Good, honest, hard working staff who treat their customers extremely well. I wouldn’t hesitate at all when it comes to dealing with Todd and his staff. Highly recommended!

After a harrowing experience trying to buy a Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV in Nanaimo we decided to return to Wolf (where we bought a Subaru several years prior with the same great experience). The buying process was night and day. Todd and Dave were a pleasure to deal with, open and upfront, they did what they said they would. They brought our attention to the usual accessories, insurances, extra warranties etc but were not at all pushy and were open to pointing us in other directions when what was on offer did not meet our needs or budget. If an issue arose, they immediately let us know. I would strongly recommend this place and I will certainly be recommending my friends and colleges try them too. This is more like what buying a 40-60k car should be like. Thanks Wolf & team! PS: Wolf, if ever you think of pushing your sales team to lie cheat and be pushy, like many other dealerships, don't! The only reason I didn't immediately return to your dealership is the distance. If I were on the mainland it would not have even crossed my mind to go elsewhere. I paid over $300 in ferry and other costs to come to you! Oh and these reviews count! I checked the reviews of the other horrid dealership I initially went to and they were what helped convinced me I should come to you. Update: Several months on I have had further dealings with Dave Berry at Wolfe Mitsubishi and the experience has been great. These guys are professional and trustworthy. If you too have had a bad experience mid island, I'd strongly recommend using these guys. Oh and the Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV has been great so far.
